We utilized our in house cinematic videographers from Serhant Studios and created four videos to be released over time to continue to keep the listing fresh and maximize the views (See Videos Below)

We launched a full scale campaign utilizing multiple social media channels both organically and also with paid targeted ads to ensure the maximum amount of exposure to the home in as short a time as possible leading to over 10,000 views in just 1 week.

We utilized paid sponsorships with Realtor.com and Homes.com placing this property as well as all of our listings to the top spots on both of these websites. The results were over 30,000 views in just 13 days beating out the competition in the neighborhood and abroad

The week before the home went on market we knocked on every door in the community and personally invited each neighbor to the open houses. We explained our strategy to each of you and it worked! We hosted not just one or two but seven open houses in the short 13 days the home was on market before going under contract. We placed signs throughout the community as well as at both of the entrances from main roads

We personally reached out to every other real estate agent that had a buyer who may be a match for this home and that is ultimately what got the home finally under contract. It was the personal touch of one of us calling that agent and selling them so they can sell their buyers this beautiful home.

We didn't stop working when the sellers had received an offer but we continued to reach out to other agents and market the property to encourage backup offers just in case something went wrong. We were able to ensure that the inspection went well and no repairs were needed. We communicated throughout with both parties and ensured it would be a smooth process for everyone involved.
